Hi, I’m Sanjana.

I’m a product-minded designer who cares deeply about why things are built, not just how they look.

My background spans UX and product design, research, strategy, and marketing. That range means I don’t design in a vacuum. I think that in systems, asking uncomfortable questions early is essential, and designing with both user and business realities in mind is crucial. I’ve partnered closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams across health tech, fintech, media, and emerging tech to take ideas from ambiguity to execution.

I’m especially strong at bridging worlds. I’ve worked close to customers, close to data, and close to decision-makers, which has allowed me to lead end-to-end initiatives, influence roadmaps, and contribute to real outcomes, including improving financial access and shaping early-stage product direction. I’m most energized by messy problems that require empathy, structure, and creativity in equal measure.

What excites me most is working at the intersection of design, strategy, and impact. I’m increasingly drawn to questions of equity, accessibility, and long-term value, and I care deeply about building products that don’t just scale, but matter.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong learner who believes growth comes from staying curious. You’ll usually find me conversing with friends from all walks of life, mentoring students, committing to and ditching hobbies, getting overly invested in Lakers games, or happily distracted by any dog within a five-mile radius.

🧠 How I Add Value

I bring a mix of structured thinking and human insight to the table.

I’m known for making sense of messy inputs and competing priorities, uncovering the why behind behavior rather than just the what, translating research into strategy leaders can actually use, and helping teams move from ambiguity to aligned action.

I work comfortably across functions and with stakeholders who think differently, including founders, operators, creatives, and researchers. I’m especially effective at bridging perspectives into a shared direction.

🚀 What I’m Focused On Now

I’m in a chapter of my career where I want to be closer to strategy, venture support, and decision-making. I’m particularly interested in work that sits at the intersection of capital, strategy, and measurable social or environmental outcomes.

I’m drawn to roles that involve supporting early-stage or growth-stage ventures, turning consumer and market insight into strategic direction and informed bets, helping organizations scale thoughtfully rather than just quickly, and working on mission-aligned problems with real-world stakes.

I care deeply about impact, but I’m pragmatic about how it’s achieved. I believe the most meaningful outcomes come from clear thinking, strong judgment, and well-timed action.

🌱 Beyond the Resume

Outside of work, I mentor students, stay close to culture and behavioral trends, and spend time thinking about how people actually make decisions, especially under pressure and uncertainty.
